I am facing Issue with XL Toolbox Export Graph Function – Image Not Saving Properly

Hey folks,

I have been using XL Toolbox for a while now but I ran into a weird issue I can not seem to figure out. Whenever I try to use the “Export Graph” feature to save a chart as a high-res image, the export goes through without any error message but the image either comes out blank or does not save at all in some cases.

Also I have tried restarting Excel, changing the output folder & even tweaking the chart formatting but nothing seems to help. I am on Windows 11 with Office 365 in case that matters.

Anyone else faced this? Maybe I am missing something obvious. I want to hear if there is a workaround or if it is a known bug.

Hi Elenana, sorry for not responding for so long. I’m the developer of this add-in, but to be honest, I have not used the chart export function for a very long time, because I have moved to another tool. However, if you wish, you may send me a file with the chart in question (please make sure that it does not contain confidential or other information that should not be shared), and I can see if I can reproduce the problem.
