Need Help with Error in XL Toolbox Data Import

Hello guys! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

I am having trouble with importing data using XL Toolbox. I am following the steps in the user guide, but when I try to import the data file, I receive an error message that says “Invalid file format.”

Here are the details:

  • Excel Version: Excel 2019
  • XL Toolbox Version: 2.5.3
  • File Format: .csv
  • Error Message: “Invalid file format”

And I have tried this:

  • Checking the file format to make sure it’s .csv.
  • Re-saving the file in different formats and trying again.
  • Restarting Excel and XL Toolbox.

But None of these steps worked. Could someone please guide me on how to resolve this issue? If more information is needed, please let me know.

Hi, did you really mean to write XL Toolbox Version 2.5.3?

If possible, please send me the CSV file, but please make sure to remove/redact any confidential data first.
